Our administrators and teachers are not subpar. Parents need to take some responsibility and be held accountable for their kids.

i honestly all of it is going to private schools. i think it is being spread around.

We as a community would like to know why subpar administrators/teachers are continued to be employed? Just move them around and maybe they will get better? Really? I think downtown really needs to stop and look around at other community school districts to see how they are run and copy them. They all seem to know how to get the job done!!

well some of the schools are really old need to be taken down anyway so we can put new schools there.

The real issue here is that our governor is cutting money from public schools while increasing the money spent of vouchers for students to attend private schools, many being religious based. Why are our tax dollars being used to support private religious schools while our public schools have to scramble to cut dollars by closing schools?
