The Middletown Girls Varsity Bowling team beat the Badin Rams in their home match on Friday at Eastern Lanes! They also had their highest match total of the season!
Leading the Lady Middies with back-to-back 160 games was Sophomore Kaitlyn Kincer, which also was her highest 2-game total of the season! Great job Kaitlyn! Junior Emma Kruse almost pulled off back-to-back scores as well when she threw 2 very good games of 156 & 155! Way to go Emma! Sophomore Braelyn Bates started off with a 101, but then came firing back with a very good score of 164 for game #2! And Senior Harley Bailey bowled her highest game of the year so far with a 127! Great job ladies!
The girls were in the lead by 172 pins going into the Baker round, so they just needed to hold on and bowl the same or higher than their opponent. With games of 121, 120, 93, and 105, they sealed the match and took home the win!
The teams' record goes to 2-10 overall, and stays at 0-7 in the GMC. They are back at it again when they face Mason on Wednesday for another home match. The match is scheduled to start at 3:30pm. We would love to see you there!
GO MIDDIES!
