The Middletown Boys Varsity Bowling team took down the Mt. Healthy Owls in their match at Eastern Lanes on Friday by a whopping 428 pins!

High man for the match was Senior Eddie Pritchard after he threw 2 great games of 171 & 197! Sophomore Harlynn Davis cranked out an very nice 191 for game #1 and then rolled a 154! Junior Ethan Isaac was the only one on the team that had a 200 or better with his very nice 210 game! And Freshman Ben Bales knocked out a great game himself with a 181!

Going into Bakers, the boys were in the lead by 216 pins, not a lock on the win, but they had to keep their scores up. Starting off the round with an awesome, and clean game, of 231 really helped, and then backing it up with a 184 for game 2 pretty much sealed the win! For game 3, then fell sharply to a 144, but then bounced back with a very nice 206 to take home the 'W'! Way to go team!

The boys' record increases to 7-4 overall, and remains at 4-3 in the GMC. They will next take on the Mason Comets at home on Wednesday, who are #1 and undefeated in the GMC. We are set to start the match at 3:30pm. Hope to see you there!
